Snow on the Canal at Lumberville was just SOLD. This is both a happy and sad day. We have enjoyed the opportunity to be the “custodian” of this work over the past few months. Of course we realize that all our paintings will go off to new homes. We will miss the Snow on the Canal at Lumberville.

Old Road to Dublin was the choice of the website developer for Joseph’s first blog post. This just caught my eye. Having the privilege of working with extremely beautiful and interesting art work all day has never diminished that WOW feeling. Learn more about this painting and Joseph’s other works throughout the website or by stopping in Silverman’s Gallery for a real treat.
Thaw is the choice of the website developer for Glenn’s first blog post. Today is February 13th. This painting was chosen for beauty and concept. It is definitely time for spring. This website is filled with beautiful works and the stories of inspiration told by the artists.
View of New Hope was chosen by the web-developer for David’s first blog post. What a beautiful painting? Peaceful and elegant. David will be writing more about this painting and is other works. Be sure to check back.
Ballet No.2 was chosen by the web-developer for Jennifer’s first blog post simply because I love the works of Degas and Renoir. Jennifer captures a little of both styles and then adds her own special pronounced confidence to the dancers pose. ” She did it” and I feel it looking at this painting. Here is a master piece. Jennifer will be giving you more information about this painting and her other works. Please stop in to see this and her other works at the Silverman Gallery. You will be presently surprised to see the detail up close.
Damascus Road has been chosen by the web-developer as Desmond’s first posting for the new website. Desmond will be following up this post with more information about the painting and his other works. This artist is particularly interesting as he his works literally span the globe. Enjoy this work and remember to take your time. There is much to see and even more to think about with Desmond McRory’s works.
Peal’s Garden has been chosen by the web-developer because the pinks and purples are my mother’s favorite colors. This painting may very well find itself living in Philadelphia after Mother’s Day. More information about this painting and Anita will be available in future blogs.
All of the artists at Silverman’s Gallery are so talented. Please take your time and enjoy this website. It has been my greatest pleasure building it.
Pastry Chefs has been chosen by the web designer to be Jim’s first post. The painting reminds me of a small Restaurant in Fountain Bleu. You were able to actually see the chefs working their magic. As soon as I finish the website Jim will be able to tell you what inspired him to create this very interest and beautiful work.
